Much more than was anticipated! - 4.5 out of 5 (1/23/2003)
The name is Bourne, Jason Bourne.
Or at least he might say that if he could remember what his name was, but
THE BOURNE IDENTITY is not your ordinary spy thriller. Instead it's the
latest adaptation of what is quite possibly the greatest character to come
out of the cold war.
You see, Jason Bourne isn't a spy per se. Instead he is a 30 million dollar
weapon, trained to excel in covert wet work while remaining invisible the
entire time.
But something goes wrong. As the movie start

Avoid This Movie! - 2.5 out of 5 (1/30/2003)
I really wanted to like this movie going in, friends of mine who have read the book say it is excellent. This movie, however, is one of the worst in recent years. The plot is so inane and ridiculous it makes Deuce Bigelow look like 2001. At one point a villain bursts through a window with his machine gun blazing. My friends and I just started laughing. Why didn't he just use the door? The movie is full of goofy, never explained plot twists, and sputters out to a lame ending. Skip this, an

Bourne to be alive!! - 4 out of 5 (1/27/2003)
Non-stop action throughout the film. Smartly written and well acted. I liked the fact that the characters are believable and that the storyline is not too far fetched like...Triple X,
or the recent Bond film.
Matt Damon who plays Jason Bourne is excellent and to me a far better actor than whiney and overexposed Ben Affleck. His co-star Franka is also good and plays her part well. The camera work, action sequence -especially the fight scenes are top notch.
Video and audio are accurate
